Doc on Plan
Helping people stay healthy and free of diseases is my job. Over time though and with a tight schedule, I had neglected my weight and it spiraled out of control. I was introduced to the one2onediet plan and what convinced me, were the easy to prepare meals and how it fit perfectly with my busy schedule. When I started the plan, I was 124Kg and five weeks after, I had lost 15kg. Wow! I felt really good mentally and physically fitter. It’s a continuous journey for me because I would like to be fit to help my patients when they need me.
